Japan Summer Internships 2024

Qualifications for NIG Internship
Students of all nationalities are welcome to apply for the NIG Internship, which is an international internship.
- Students who are postgraduates or undergraduates may apply.
- Candidates who are in the first year of a two-year master’s program, the second year of a three-year bachelor’s degree, the fourth year of a five-year program, or the fifth year of a six-year program are eligible.
Qualifications for the UTokyo Internship
- Throughout the whole UTSIP program, participants must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at a foreign college or university and not have earned a BA or BS.
- Those who are thinking about enrolling in graduate programs at The University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Frontier Sciences or other graduate programs, or at other universities in Japan
- It is mandatory for participants to engage in all activities, such as lectures, lab work, and special events that UTSIP hosts.
